Our physical offices will continue to be closed until June 30th or further notice.

Right now, we offer appointments by phone or online.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still open and here for you. Our staff are currently working from home, not at the office. Please call us or email us if you need help, or if you would like to get involved or donate.

For general questions, email us at chicago@wr.org or call our office number at 773.583.9191 and leave a message, and we will return your message within 24 hours.

If you know the contact information of a specific staff person you are trying to reach, please contact them directly.

Service Availability

Immigration Legal Services

If you have a case open with our office, call and leave a message or email your representative directly. If you can't locate your representative's contact information, call and leave a message on our general ILS number at 773.583.9191 and someone will respond within 48 hours. Please visit the Immigration Legal Services web page for more information.

English Classes Are Suspended

To ensure the safety of our staff, students, and volunteers, we have decided to suspend our English Language Learning classes until June 1. We hope to resume classes on this date, but keep in mind that we are constantly reassessing the situation and may extend the suspension of classes beyond June 1. We will keep you informed of all changes as they happen.

Immigrant Family Services Availability

While our offices will be closed until June 1, World Relief staff will work from home and continue to be available via phone/email. For questions or assistance regarding employment, case management, health and wellness, youth services, or general inquires please call us at 733-583-9191 or contact your case manager directly. With the exception of the after-school tutoring program, which is currently paused, all Immigrant Family Services programs remain in operation. For more specific program information please see below.

Church and Volunteer Engagement

Are you or your church looking for creative ways to help come alongside refugees and immigrants during this time?
